Chant acted as a subcontractor to APD Engineering for the civil portion of a waste water treatment plant at the Heritage Point Golf Course.

Scope of work included:

• Excavation and backfill.
• C.I.P. concrete.
• Site clearing.
• Wood frame superstructure.
• Outsulation exterior acrylic stucco system.
• Asphalt roof shingles.
• Aluminum catwalks and railings.
• Galvanized steel stairs and hoist beam.
• Two ton manual chain hoist.
• Interior drywall, acoustic tile ceiling, 24g aluminum wall claddings.
• Lab and office casework/lockers/hm doors.
