The project involved:

• Pre-engineering of three alternatives to upgrade an existing 115kV distribution system to 230kV between Sault Ste. Marie and Wawa, Ontario.
• Based on costs and performance, selected a high voltage conductor for the new distribution system.
• Upon selection of preferred structure type, developed a detailed construction estimate for the design, procurement, construction management and construction of the preferred alternative system.
