Francis runner upgraded from 1924 to current design. Output increased 20%. Unit overhauled and brought back to design clearances
The work scope included:
- Project management from justifying the "Request for Project Funds" through completion of manufacturing.
- Project planning, scheduling (MS Project), budget preparation and budget tracking
- Techinical review of manufacturer's shop drawings and approval for manufacture
- Liason with suppliers and consultants to approve repairs and manufacturing.
