Project Outline:
One 1924, double "camel back" horizontal turbine/generator replaced with two new, vertical propeller units (500 kW each).
The work scope included:
- Project management of consultant during the design process
- Liaison with FERC during permitting and reporting phases
- Technical review of manufacturer's shop drawings and approval for manufacture
- Project scheduling, budget position tracking and reporting
- Project management oversight from tendering through construction management phase.
