Project Outline:

Four, single unit stations on the Lower Raquett River, converted from propeller runners to Kaplan runners to better utilize the varied river flows.

The work scope included:

• Project Management from release of funds and procurement through manufacture
• Project Planning, scheduling, budget preparation and tracking
• Liason with suppliers and consultants during manufacturing phase
• Technical analysis of manufacturer's shop drawings and approval for manufacture.
