| Project Outline:
Halton Hills Generating Station is a 2 x 1 combined cycle plant with a nominal capacity of 670 mW. this plant consists of two Siemens STG6-PAC-5000F combustion terbine generators, an air cooled condenser, and a 230kV switch yard. The facility will be an intermediate service facility designed to responde to the power requirements of the Ontario market.
The work involves
- The construction of a 650 MW combined cycle natural gas fired facility.
- The first phase construction includes driving piles, installing foundations and receiving equipment.
