The Palm Meadows Training Centre hosted, through the generosity
of Mr. Frank Stronach, 300 Katrina refugees in the fall
of 2005.

Project
Outline:
Chant provided program management, services to Magna Entertainment
Corporation, for a new thoroughbred training facility in
Boynton Beach, Florida.
Key features of the Project were:
- Site servicing work (water, storm, and sanitary sewers,
electrical and communications infrastructure).
- Construction of 40 horse barns.
- Approximately 1,000,000 cubic yards of site grading.
- Construction of three horse racing tracks.
- Complete landscaping of facility.
