Chant functions primarily in the heavy civil and electrical sectors of the construction industry. We have learned however, that people who are successful in our primary focus can bring much value to certain commercial, residential and industrial undertakings. Chant has also found that its systems and procedures can readily be adapted to other types of work.

Our past projects in this category have come from personal contacts that know our company and/or our people, and have asked us to become involved in their particular project. We have mobilized as a “white knight” during construction when cost, schedule or relationships have gotten off-track, taken on assignments when no other entity could be found to do certain work and provided stewardship through permitting and approval processes when clients were outside their comfort zone.

Chant has brought value to these undertakings in the past. We are prepared to take on such work in the future, but only when convinced we represent a value added solution for both our client and his or her particular project.
