Instructions:

1. Go to https://aurora.chantgroup.com
2. Log in using your windows username and windows password (I don't remember my windows username and password)
3. On the left hand column under the "Documents" heading there is a link to our "Training Wiki" - Please follow the instructions to:
   1. Put your birthday in the calendar
   2. Make an announcement in the announcements section
   3. Add 1 real supplier to our Suppliers, Subcontractors and Consultants list.

The new employee website will be the definitive location for all shared documents in the company starting immediately. Please look to this site for CCDs, News, references and training information.

Coming in June 2008: If your project needs a shared web space for documents and tasks please contact the IT department to create your own project workspace.

Troubleshooting

I forgot my windows username and password.

• If you were hired before Oct 31, 2005 your username is your first name, unless you are sussanf.
• If you were hired after Oct 31, 2005, your username is your firstname followed by a period, followed by your last name, unless you are gene.s
