He has extensive experience in retail distribution and international import sectors and sets very high standards for meeting tight deadlines, developing innovative and successful motivational programs, maintaining cost effectiveness and staying within budgetary guidelines. Ron is responsible for administering various financial and budgetary controls within Chant.
