Gayle has over fourteen years Human Resources experience in both Alberta and Ontario, and is a member of Human Resources Professional Associations for both provinces. She is a highly qualified trainer with multiple management skills and safety-related courses. Gayle is a member of the Canadian Society of Safety Engineering and sits on a number of professional safety and human resources committees.
