Chant's Quality Management System ("QMS") is registered to the ISO 9001:2000 standard.

Under its QMS, Chant develops and administers a contract or task specific Project Plan. The objective of these Plans is to ensure that the services provided by us consistently meet or exceed project requirements and that Chant has control over the quality of the work, materials and services being provided through communication and reporting systems, design checks, field testing and inspection audits, and independent quality control laboratory testing.

A key to the ongoing success of our QMS is the training of personnel in the quality requirements of the contract or task and the emphasis on the absolute need to do it right, and do it right the first time. Chant expends significant effort, through formal training and hands-on development of written project delivery packages, to train its personnel to meet their quality responsibilities under both the Corporate QMS and individual Project Plans.
